Electricity usage is extra based on monthly meter reading.
Water usage will be charged once a year, based on the average reading of the common area and garden irrigation meter readings in terminal C, where our Annual Members are located.
The use of city water (city water line equipment) is only valid for our annual members. In order to ensure that the amount of domestic water coming to our land is sufficient, our guests are requested to consume normal and economical water.
